As Dortmund-based company, to arrange a User Day at the stadium of the area’s largest football competitor may sound strange. A CEO, whose grandfather made his kitchen available for founding the club of the blue and white team of FC Schalke 04 and a managing director, whose heart is beating for the black and yellow Borussia Dortmund turn the event into some other kind of nation communication.<\/p>\n
At 24.05. therefore the customers and some employees of tegos GmbH Dortmund met at sunny Gelsenkirchen for the first User Day experience at the Veltins Arena, home of 1. FC Schalke 04. Supported by tegos\u2019 distribution partner mse, the participants experienced eight presentations which were administered evenly throughout the day. They discovered new issues and useful suggestion\u00a0for their work with the software solution of tegos GmbH and there specialized products, e.g. document management, Telematics, BI.<\/p>\n
In addition to the technical information and impressions, fun shouldn\u2019t miss out. So in the afternoon participants split up in two groups to be guided through the modern stadium Veltins Arena which gave them insight into the game operation of the Bundesliga team. One or two mocking remarks at the club of course couldn\u2019t be missed.<\/p>\n
Early in the evening the participants drove to the moated castle Wittringen in Gladbeck for a four-course menu . In front of the gates of the Veltins Arena there was a pleasant surprise: They drove with the original Schalke team-bus! To feel like a football star \u2013 the bus with electric adjustable footstool made it possible.<\/p>\n
At the moated castle the participants were welcomed with a cool glass of sparkling wine. This sparkling wine was taken in the atrium before they went in the castle\u2019s fire room for dinner. By entering, every participant became a Lord or Lady \u2013 and a part of the crime dinner. Every course was accompanied by a troupe of actors and every participant was embedded to play a small own role. The task was to solve a murder \u2013 Who got Lord Ashtonburry\u2019s death to answer for?<\/p>\n
The case was successfully resolved about 23 o\u2019clock by a customer and the user day slowly came to an end.<\/p>\n
The tegos GmbH thanks for a successful User Day and a lot of feedback. This event will be a standing point on the tegos-calendar. The appointed day for the second tegos user day 2013 will be released in a few weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
